Ravigote sauce is a “pimped up vinaigrette”. The name Ravigote comes from the verb “revigorer”, which means “to get fit again”. True to the motto: Sour makes you fun!

This sardine is rich in flavors with a perfectly measured balance of mustard, cornichons and vinegar, without that little pinch of sweet allspice that makes the most important difference.
