This finely pureed fish soup is considered the best in Brittany and tastes incredibly aromatic and authentic! It is concentrated and needs to be diluted before consumption.

The soup is 100% natural and free from artificial additives, contains 40% fish (pureed) and real saffron, tomato paste, vegetables, spices and garlic.

Preparation: The content of the can is diluted with up to a maximum of the same amount of water and heated. The fish soup is particularly delicious if you add a sprig of rosemary when heating it, add the rouille sauce and serve it with croutons and grated cheese.
The soup is also an excellent base for sauces or casseroles.
