With this recipe, the Belle-Iloise takes us to the South Seas to Zanzibar in the Indian Ocean.

A typical mixture of ripe fruit and warming spices conjures up the flavors of the Orient on your plate.

The name Émietté (from “miete”, French for crumbs) refers to a method of preparation in which the fish fillets are easily torn apart and then mixed with the sauce.

This results in a wonderfully fresh, juicy composition in which all the flavors come into their own.
