Made with the best mussels from the Galician rias, handcrafted, put in Escabèche, a typical Spanish marinade. Great care has been taken in its preparation, removing the black stripe between the loins to enhance the flavor.
Nice tender, fleshy, grainy texture. The sauce is refreshing with notes of salt, sugar, bay leaves and cloves.
They keep their texture and are made even better by the gentle artisanal escabèche that accompanies them. High quality product to prepare pintxos, recipes or as an aperitif or snack.

Even the ancient Romans valued sardines and ate them salted, marinated or smoked. To this day, the sardine is and will remain a high-quality product if the quality and production methods are right.
